DROWNING IN THOUGHTS

All around silence but inside me incessant noise. Let no one come to save me, I'm here drowning in thoughts. The idea represents the natural process of metabolizing positive and negative thoughts and the ability to handle them by laying bare one's emotions without fear or shame of those around us. No one else has the right to interrupt or boycott this process; it all depends on ourselves.
